Every business, large or small, relies on regular marketing activities and design creations. Having a designer on demand to work with you to implement and create this material, ensuring consistency in your brand is invaluable. This is where Hello Peta can help!

Working with Hello Peta on a retainer is a cost effective way for you to access all the services of a talented graphic design professional without the cost of hiring a full-time employee. For a pre-determined monthly fee (at a reduced regular rate), Hello Peta will schedule in a particular amount of priority hours each month to work on your regular recurring graphic design tasks.

 

How can this help you?? Well –

  • You may need to tidy up all your marketing collateral into a cohesive package

  • Maybe you have a campaign coming up and you need to have ebooks, social media imagery, advertising and forms made up

  • Your brand is looking a little tired and needs a freshen up (not the logo, sorry that is a whole other story!)

  • You might just have heap of small last-minute ads that need to get made, after all this is an on demand service

 

If you broke down all the bits and pieces and they were made up and charged individually, it can be expensive. Plus sometimes rush jobs incur an extra fee. This won’t happen when you buy a design package as you will receive priority scheduling.

BENEFITS
  • Projects receive priority scheduling

  • Retainer clients are given higher priority for projects and service rates, clients not on retainer are charged $100/hour

 

HOW IT WORKS
  • To get started, click on the ‘Tell me more’ button and send me through an email. To make the process easier, include a rundown of the type of projects that you will need done. I will get back to you with any questions that I have and send through a contract and invoice. If it all looks ok, you agree to the contract and the invoice is paid we can start working on your project.

  • You can use the allocated hours in a variety of ways, if you have a few ongoing projects in the month, you can email them through as needed. Depending on the size of the project, you will have the proofs through within the day if not it will be 24-48hours. 

  • Time will be tracked and you will be notified when you are close to running out

  • Or, you can schedule your project time for specific days of the month provided you give a few days notice. 

 

 

WHAT DO YOU GET
  • Collateral Design – business cards, flyers, posters, direct mailers, brochures. 

  • Digital Design - social media share graphics and cover photos, email templates, graphics for online ads, etc

  • Logos and new website design not included

  • 20% discount on printing products (Australian orders only)

 

WHATS NOT INCLUDED:
  • Services do not include additional costs like stock photography purchases, copywriting, web hosting purchases and printing.

  • New Logo Design: If you need a new business, product, or project logo designed from scratch, this will be quoted and billed as
    a flat fee.

 

OVERAGE AND ROLLOVER HOURS
  • You will be kept up to day on the status of the retainer. It is your responsibly to make sure you have used the hours in the allocated timeframe.

  • Unused hours at the end of the monthly contract are forfeited unless the package states differently. 

  • For the 20hr plan, you can roll over up to 5 hours to the following month only.

  • if you have a 5 hour retainer, but you need 10 hours worth of work in a given month, we bill you the additional 5 hours at the same rate as the retainer; not the normal bill rate.
